PERSONALIZED APPROACH
We have lifelong experiences of Nature Photography. Heather grew up with a father who lectured in Zoology and was often out taking photos for lectures. In her teens she helped run an Environmental Interest Group in the Royal Dublin Society. She has won many Nature Photographer of the Year awards in the Irish Photographic Federation. She has written a book on the "Wildflowers of the Slieve Bloom Mountains" with photos and information of over 100 flowers and another on "Nature Photo Therapy".
Gerry studied Photography in the City and Guilds Belfast course in 2004-2006 . He grew up enjoying the Nature of a large park in Belfast called the Waterworks, helping us see how Nature Photo Therapy can be enjoyed in urban areas. Together Gerry and Heather have facilitated groups of primary school aged children to take photographs in Nature for the Badger Club of the Laois/Offaly Wildlife Trust. Each year an exhibition was made with the children's photos and displayed in local libraries.
We enjoy sharing our love of Nature and Photography with others, helping them reap the benefits from spending time absorbing the beauty of the Flora and Fauna around them. All sessions can be tailored to your needs and abilities. Heather is also trained in Energy Clearing and can help you let go of blocks, relax and enjoy learning to connect and ground yourself in the great outdoors.
